For most of us living in Atlanta we won’t need one of the 304 guest rooms in midtown’s new contemporary Hotel Palomar, but their rooftop bar is worth a visit. AltoRex, the boutique hotel’s “open-air lounge,” is a good after-work spot for a small group to tuck away in one of the secluded cabanas.
