Holeman & Finch

Holeman & Finch

It’s hard to characterize Holeman & Finch as just a pub (they call it a “public house”). Energetic, loud and often packed, it meets some of the criteria, but with its well designed interior and unique menu, H&F draws its own lines. Let’s be clear, you come here primarily for the drinks.

Great beer on tap, a deep wine list and creative mixed drinks are the main act. But you shouldn’t come here for onlydrinks. An affordable small plate selection rounds out the menu’s unique meat-focused offerings, listed under categories like “Plates, Parts and Farm.” Ideally you’d go for a beer at 10 p.m. since that’s when they only offer one of their best items that’s not on the menu – their famous “Down Low Cheeseburger.”

Any other time we suggest their Pork Belly Sandwich. A great place right after work or for a late night bite since it’s open 5 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. Monday to Saturday. Sunday is just brunch from 12:30 to 3 p.m.
